Additionally, Harrison is well versed in building envelope preservation having managed a number of large scale roofing and facade projects. With over ten years of property management experience, beginning at the property level, he has a passion for solving problems. Harrison is a proud graduate of Bentley University majoring in Economics as well as receiving his MBA from Bentley in Real Estate, Property Management Studies.

Len specializes in physical plant operation and building system management. Over the past ten years, Len has acquired significant experience in the operational management of 100+ unit building systems and oversight of many capital improvement projects, including several heating system conversions. During that time, he has established himself as a subject matter expert in energy conservation and building infrastructure. Len is a graduate of Boston University where he majored in Business Management.

Jess specializes in workflow efficiency and customer support solutions. Having spent more than ten years overseeing the smooth operation of day to day processes, she expertly understands the fundamental requirements of successful property management and spearheads initiatives to complement our full cycle service objectives. Jess is a Business graduate of Northeastern University.

Phil specializes in financial reporting and accounting systems integration. Over the past ten years, Phil has worked as a financial statement auditor for KPMG, and an accounting systems implementation consultant for Deloitte, helping accounting departments of all sizes maximize their efficiency with the use of technology and industry best practices. Phil graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Accounting.

Alex has extensive experience and skill in all things construction. He specializes in high-end finish carpentry, general contracting oversight, and design here at Lighthouse. With over 15 years of construction experience, Alex heads the maintenance team at Lighthouse. He has an unmatched eye for detail and a customer-service-based approach that is second to none. Alex spent time in Italy learning these specialized skills including the application of Venetian plaster and performing detailed, decorative masonry restoration on historic buildings. His unique artistry and impeccable leadership has positioned our maintenance team to provide the most comprehensive service offerings in the City of Boston, and surrounding areas.
